We’re delighted to welcome our guest of honour, British professional cyclist, Harrison Wood, who notably rode for the UCI WorldTour team Cofidis, competing in prestigious events like the Giro d'Italia. Harrison from Torbay, developed his racing career as a junior with the Mid Devon Cycling Club (MDCC) helped by funding from the Dartmoor Classic.

Harrison will be joining you on the Dartmoor Classic ride and making appearances at the event village.

SPECIAL ADDITION update
There will be a gentle ride out with Harrison for 1 - 1.5hrs from the racecourse on Saturday leaving at 1pm from the MDCC Event Village stand. You are invited to join this. On your return there will be an interview with Harrison taking place at the finishers podium at 3pm, with Free tea or coffee for the first 30 riders to register at the MDCC stand for “cycle & coffee with Harrison”.
