Dartmoor Classic Booking CLOSED

Ladies and Gents, 
This year we will be having a 'Pasta Party' at our Depart Village between 16:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs on Saturday 26th June 2010. This provides you with the perfect opportunity for some serious 'carbo-loading' in preparation for your 2010 Dartmoor Classic Sportive, whilst meeting with some of the other entrants you will be riding with (and of course those of us who are organising it all for you). Our Registration Desks will remain open throughout the Pasta Party so you will also be able to collect your Welcome Packs and prepare your bikes, Fix Rider Numbers and Timing Chips ready for the morning. 

Pasta Party Meal Tickets are being offered as an optional extra at time of booking your entry into the Dartmoor Classic.

Pasta Party Meal Tickets are £8:00 per person for a two course meal plus drink. The pasta main course will be served with bread (or Garlic Bread) and a choice of Spicy Tomato, Bolognese, and Creamy Chicken with Sweetcorn & Mushrooms sauce. The Second Course will be a choice of: Rice Pudding, Banana Custard, or Bread and Butter Pudding. Drink options will be Tea, Coffee, or Squash.

The Dartmoor Classic offers you two choices of route: 100 Miles and 100 Kilometres. The entry fee for either distance is £25:00. (Please note these distances are approximate. See our ‘Routes Page’ for exact distance for each course).

Please note that entry fees for both the Dartmoor Classic Sportive and the Pasta Party are non-refundable. However, you will be pleased to note that this year we will be permitting riders to transfer their places if they find themselves unable to attend.

Once purchased, it will be the entrants responsibility to find a replacement if they wish to sell or transfer their entry. Neither the MDCC nor the Dartmoor Classic Organisers will get involved in this process on your behalf. Once you have found a replacement you must notify us of your intention by email, and provide the contact details for the new rider.

There will be an additional administration fee of £5:00 for transferring an entry and the process will not be completed until payment has been received.
